This exceptional holiday villa is situated just 7 km away from Umag, in Matelići - on a small hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the picturesque surroundings of Umag. On a surface of 225 m2, divided on 2 housing units (yellow and orange) can accommodate max. 10 persons. It is ideal place for 2 or 3 befriended families or group of friends want to have a relaxed vacation and a lot of fun.

Yellow unit has one double bed bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, baby bedroom, living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. From the living room you can exit to the terrace with fitness equipment.
Orange unit consists of living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen where you can exit to a covered terrace with beautiful sea view, 2 double bed bedrooms, 1 room with two single beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilette. The property is completely fenced and guarantees complete privacy.
The villa has a spacious garage with 3 parking lots. In the garden (3000 m2) there is a covered terrace with fully equipped outdoor kitchen (for 10 persons) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals and spice them with aromatic herbs from the garden that surrounds it.
In Villa GioAn surroundings with just a short drive you can find all kinds of entertainment, attractions, activities and many interesting places to visit...a little coastal towns, caves, new big aqua park Istralandia (7 km) ...
There are many excellent and affordable wineries and great gourmet restaurants nearby, offering traditional Istrian cuisine.
You will surely enjoy the tranquility of a typical Istrian village, close to the sea but still far enough to make your stay comfortable and undisturbed.
